What do I need to start a project?

Plans, Sections & Elevations in CAD dwg format + Site plan + Furniture layout and any other details of the finalised project that are available with you.

Who owns the render after it is completed?

The design being yours, the intellectual property is also yours. Once the payment is made, the render is also yours, and you are free to use it whichever way you wish to and Thomas Easaw Limited nor 3DRender4Architects will claim any rights on it. There will be no watermark on the final rendered product or the model stage video. However the initial verfication video file will be watermarked.

Will we get to see the work you are doing before the final product?

Absolutely! That is the main focus of our mission. We take effort to depict your designs as accurately as possible to your satisfaction.

At the Verification Stage, that is after payment of 50%, a low-quality video of the preliminary model without any furnishing will be sent to you for clarification of structural correctness and revision if any, within 2 – 3 days. On verification, if you find that any changes are required, it will be done at this point and will be resend to you. This may also take 2-3 days for large corrections and earlier than that for smaller corrections.
At the Model Stage, that is after payment of 25%, you will receive medium quality 360-degree videos of the bare and unrendered but design wise completed project, within 2 – 3 days. This is your second chance to verify and confirm your satisfaction. Minor adjustments are still possible at this stage, but deliveries may take longer.
At the Render Stage, that is after making the remaining 25% payment, the final high-quality stills, walkthrough videos and 3D navigable model (based on the service opted for) will be sent to you within 48 hours if there are no modification requests.
Modifications are still possible after this stage, but at an additional cost of 10% of the quoted price. We are offering this correction option even after delivery of the final product just for customer delight and we will be charging additional 10% just to cater to machine time requirements .

What happens if our designs or plans change after you finish rendering?

If the changes are minor, it will be re-rendered at an additional cost of 10% of the quoted price.

Any major changes are charged on a percentage basis .

i.e., for a 50% change in design, 50% additional cost would be usually charged, but is negotiable.

What are the available means of communication to reach you?

All official communication must be made via email for the record. However, you can also reach us via Phone or WhatsApp.

What are your payment and delivery terms?

PRICE CONFIRMATION STAGE:
The prices given in the website are thumb rule figures provided in order for you to verify whether our services suit your budget. You are then expected to contact us with the drawings in order that we may give you a quotation of the actual price of the project. It is guaranteed that the quoted price will be less than the thumb rule figure because as per our calculations we do not charge full rates for certain areas like balconies and stairwell and no rates for cutouts.
VERIFICATION STAGE:
Once the quoted price is acceptable to you and you are interested in hiring our services, an initial payment of 50% of the quoted price must be made. Upon receipt of the same, a low-quality video of the preliminary model without any furnishing will then be sent to you for clarification of structural correctness and revision if any, within 2 – 3 days. MODEL STAGE:
Along with your confirmation of the correctness of the preliminary model, you have to make another 25% of the quoted price and you will receive medium quality 360-degree videos of the bare and unrendered but design wise completed project, within 2 – 3 days. Minor adjustments are still possible at this stage, but deliveries may take longer.
RENDER STAGE:
Upon your satisfactory confirmation of the Model Stage and receipt of the remaining 25% payment of the quoted price, the final high-quality stills, walkthrough videos and 3D navigable model (based on the service opted for) will be sent to you within 48 hours if there are no modification requests.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payments via the Payment Link on our website.

What final hi-res size of image and video can I get?

Images will be provided in 4K.

For video, we provide several common resolutions for options: 720P, 1080P or 4K 30 FPS.

What type of files can we receive the final production in?

Renderings: any image file (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .TIF, etc.)

Animations: any movie file (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI, etc.)
